About the role
- Work directly with the founding team — shape strategic initiatives, internal projects, and client-related topics together
- Client project work — support the planning, management and execution of marketing and growth projects
- Light account management — help maintain client relationships, prepare reporting, and coordinate actions
- Strategy & organization — develop internal processes, build structures and drive greater efficiency
- Finance & operations — prepare business plans, financial models and reports, and optimize our finance processes
- Business development — contribute to the development of new service offerings and help open up new markets
Requirements
- Completed degree (Bachelor/Master) in Business Administration, Economics, Communications, Business Informatics or a related field
- Some professional experience (0–2 years) in a dynamic environment (e.g., consulting, marketing, startup, VC)
- Structured and independent working style with a strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of direct client work
- Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented yet pragmatic
- Hands-on mentality and willingness to take on operational responsibility
- Fluent in German and English
