About the role
- Liaison between Vendor Management and Field Managers to help recruit contractors identified by VMO and/or our Field Managers.
- Follow the key processes and procedures established by the VMO team to ensure seamless communication and documentation of recruiting efforts.
- Explain the Altisource Renovation onboarding processes & documentation that our VMO team require and how those steps are managed with our Vendorly platform.
- Prepare and maintain SOPs the contractors ‘need to know’ – work orders, change orders, material purchases, invoicing, progress/completion photos, and other related tasks.
- Provide back up to the estimating team as needed or requested due to special circumstances.
Requirements
- Prior experience managing and growing a nationwide field workforce or external vendor network.
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in Preforeclosure or REO property preservation.
- Experience with communicating daily with internal and external stakeholders on coverage, capacity and pricing
