About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and execute the North American growth strategy
Identify market opportunities and optimize market coverage
Drive commercial performance and develop relationships with key customers
Oversee subsidiary’s overall performance and manage operations
Assume full responsibility for P&L and implement performance indicators
Supervise relationship with third-party logistics partner
Manage and develop the local team and create alignment around a clear vision
Act as the face of the company in North America and serve as a bridge with European headquarters

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
At least 8 years of experience within industrial B2B environments
Proven track record in business development, sales leadership and general management responsibilities
Experience managing distributors, OEMs, system integrators and indirect sales channels
Comfortable managing a P&L, leading cross-functional teams and operating within a lean organization
Recognized for strategic vision, commercial leadership and entrepreneurial mindset
Fluency in English is required
