About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist the Head of Corporate Service on different missions
Help with operational daily tasks with supervision
Prepare, control payroll and social contribution declaration
Bookkeeping account, preparing and controlling FYS, GST, and tax declaration
Reconciliation bank, Interco, and client on requirement
Payment processing, Cash reporting, Cash flow management
Retrocession reporting
Invoicing client including subcontract recharge
Liaising with advisory team, Altios Subsidiaries

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 3 years of experience in accounting with direct exposure to clients
Comfortable managing client relationships
Proficient in Excel, Word, and ERP systems
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
Fluent in English
