About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities with industrial customers, distributors, EPC contractors, and partners across Southeast Asia
  • Implement targeted commercial strategies to increase sales performance and strengthen the company’s market presence
  • Build and maintain trusted long-term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to order follow-up while ensuring alignment with commercial policies
  • Support and coordinate local agents and partners across assigned territories
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industrial developments to identify new opportunities
  • Participate in customer meetings, technical presentations, industry events, and trade exhibitions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Business, Engineering, International Trade, or a related field
  • At least 10 years of professional experience, including 5 years in business development, technical sales, or market expansion within industrial sectors
  • Experience in the cement industry, process equipment, mining, chemicals, or related heavy industrial environments
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new markets, build strong commercial relationships, and manage complex sales cycles
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin is a strong advantage
  • Based in Southeast Asia with approximately 50% travel across the region
