Business Developer

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive the company’s commercial expansion across Southeast Asia
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities with distributors, garages, workshops, and professional automotive clients
- Implement targeted commercial strategies to increase sales volumes and strengthen market presence
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with distributors and automotive professionals
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify new opportunities
- Participate in industry events, trade fairs, and business meetings to strengthen brand visibility
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field
- Experience in business development, sales, or market expansion, ideally within the tire industry
- Ability to develop new markets and build strong commercial relationships
- Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable sales results in an international environment
- Fluent in English
- Comfortable working within multicultural teams
- Willing to travel frequently across the region
