Key responsibilities & impact

Implement enhancements to the software delivery lifecycle that reduce friction for product engineering teams
Build and maintain standardized CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows based on defined architecture
Support the adoption of ephemeral environments and streamlined local development tooling
Drive automation across build, test, and deployment workflows
Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks and infrastructure aligned with shift-left quality goals
Enable teams to integrate component and end-to-end testing into their workflows
Integrate AI-based tools and workflows into the developer experience as defined by platform strategy
Build and enhance core components of the developer platform with a focus on stability and usability
Contribute to identifying and resolving bottlenecks in developer workflows and platform performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years in progressively complex software engineering roles
Proven experience implementing platform, infrastructure, or developer tooling solutions
Experienced at end-to-end delivery of internal engineering systems - from discovery and tech approach definition to rollout and iteration
Expertise in scoping and delegating work to teammates
Microservices deployment on Kubernetes (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Building and maintaining efficient CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins)
GitOps, ArgoCD, local dev and build tooling (such as Gradle/Bazel)
Experience supporting developer experience (DevEx) tooling
Scripting and automation, specific for release and build management
