About the role

  • Co-responsible for managing approximately 15,000 usage and lease agreements across Germany
  • Reviewing new usage and lease agreements for completeness, accuracy and plausibility
  • Independently handling contract renewals within the existing portfolio
  • Monitoring contract terms, deadlines and securities/encumbrances
  • Serving as the central point of contact for all inquiries related to usage and lease agreements within the organization
  • Reviewing land registry matters, e.g., ownership structures, priority entries and encumbrances
  • Administration and management of owned land and properties

Requirements

  • University degree with an economic/business focus or a comparable commercial qualification (e.g., bank clerk, real estate clerk)
  • Ideally legal knowledge, especially in contract law and/or land registry (land title) law
  • Desirable: experience in the renewable energy sector
  • Structured, careful and well-organized working style
  • Team player with a confident manner when interacting with internal stakeholders
  • Good IT literacy
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
