About the role

  • Co-responsible for the management of approximately 15,000 usage and lease agreements across Germany
  • Reviewing new usage and lease agreements for completeness, accuracy and plausibility
  • Independently handling contract renewals within the existing portfolio
  • Monitoring contract terms, deadlines and securities
  • Central point of contact for all inquiries regarding usage and lease agreements within the organization
  • Reviewing land registry matters, e.g., ownership status, priority positions and securities
  • Administration and management of owned plots and properties

Requirements

  • University degree with a business/economics focus or equivalent commercial vocational training (e.g., bank clerk, real estate clerk)
  • Ideally legal knowledge, particularly in contract law and/or land registry law
  • Preferably: experience in the renewable energy sector
  • Structured, meticulous and organized working style
  • Team player with a confident manner when communicating with internal stakeholders
  • Good IT literacy
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
