About the role
- Co-responsible for the management of approximately 15,000 usage and lease agreements across Germany
- Reviewing new usage and lease agreements for completeness, accuracy and plausibility
- Independently handling contract renewals within the existing portfolio
- Monitoring contract terms, deadlines and securities
- Central point of contact for all inquiries regarding usage and lease agreements within the organization
- Reviewing land registry matters, e.g., ownership status, priority positions and securities
- Administration and management of owned plots and properties
Requirements
- University degree with a business/economics focus or equivalent commercial vocational training (e.g., bank clerk, real estate clerk)
- Ideally legal knowledge, particularly in contract law and/or land registry law
- Preferably: experience in the renewable energy sector
- Structured, meticulous and organized working style
- Team player with a confident manner when communicating with internal stakeholders
- Good IT literacy
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
