About the role

  • You will assume technical leadership of our IT Application and Service Management team.
  • You are responsible for the secure and efficient operation of our business applications (including SAP S/4HANA, BW, SAC).
  • You will manage our primary IT service provider and continuously further develop our IT service processes.
  • Coaching, professional development and prospective expansion of the team.
  • Responsibility for the operational management of the primary IT service provider (including Service Desk, End User Services, Managed Cloud, Network, Application Management).
  • Development and maintenance of a holistic SAP roadmap.

Requirements

  • University degree (Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration with IT focus) or equivalent qualification.
  • Several years of experience in Application Management with a focus on SAP operations and cloud transformation.
  • Experience in leading teams in a functional capacity or project responsibility with demonstrated leadership qualities.
  • Solid ITIL knowledge and practical experience with Jira/Confluence.
  • Experience in budget and cost control for IT projects and services.
  • Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
  • Structured, self‑responsible working style and a hands‑on mentality.
  • Very good written and spoken German and English.
