About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coach clients through personal and professional development using a blend of business acumen, mindset reprogramming, and leadership frameworks.
  • Facilitate 1:1 and group coaching sessions tailored to client needs and business stage.
  • Diagnose business challenges and co-create actionable strategies around leadership, revenue growth, team dynamics, and operations.
  • Develop custom coaching materials, exercises, and playbooks that can scale across our client base.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and accountability partner to entrepreneurs navigating complex business environments.
  • Partner with the AlterCall executive team to evolve our coaching methodology and expand our impact.
  • Support key internal initiatives, including leadership development, team alignment, and operational coaching.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Founder Credentials – You’ve built and exited your own business, giving you firsthand understanding of the founder’s journey and credibility with our clients.
  • Executive Coaching Experience – You’ve coached or advised founders, CEOs, or high-performing teams at startups or scaling companies.
  • Operational Range – You’ve been in the trenches of business growth, and you bring real-world expertise in strategy, sales, operations, or leadership.
  • Conscious Leadership Lens – You value personal growth as much as professional success and know how to lead with heart and soul.
  • Facilitation Mastery – You hold space with presence and can lead powerful 1:1 or group experiences that spark deep reflection and action.
  • Client-Centric Mindset – You’re obsessed with value creation, trust-building, and long-term client transformation.
  • Content Creation Ability – You can codify your expertise into tools, frameworks, and exercises that scale.
