About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Full responsibility for the digital organization of working hours (declaring shifts, overtime, schedule changes) and monitoring the Digital Work Card
- Support and process records related to employee benefits
- Ensure full compliance with Ergani II regulations to prevent penalties and ensure adherence to labor law
- Support HR operations through accurate data entry and updates in the HRIS, including employee records, attendance, and organizational data
- Partner with HR & Office Teams on day-to-day tasks and projects
- Support onboarding and offboarding process and handle daily communication with staff regarding scheduling issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role is required
- Practical experience with ERGANI II
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Highly competent in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiar with payroll processes and labor regulations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, especially in international environments
- Fun, Energetic and lively personality
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
