About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Full responsibility for the digital organization of working hours (declaring shifts, overtime, schedule changes) and monitoring the Digital Work Card
  • Support and process records related to employee benefits
  • Ensure full compliance with Ergani II regulations to prevent penalties and ensure adherence to labor law
  • Support HR operations through accurate data entry and updates in the HRIS, including employee records, attendance, and organizational data
  • Partner with HR & Office Teams on day-to-day tasks and projects
  • Support onboarding and offboarding process and handle daily communication with staff regarding scheduling issues

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role is required
  • Practical experience with ERGANI II
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Highly competent in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiar with payroll processes and labor regulations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills, especially in international environments
  • Fun, Energetic and lively personality
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
