About the role
- Lead and manage the web design team through effective task assignment, prioritization, deadline tracking, and quality assurance
- Design and develop key web interfaces while establishing comprehensive design systems, guidelines, and visual concepts
- Establish efficient workflows and coordinate with development, product, and marketing teams
- Foster a healthy, productive team environment and resolve conflicts effectively
- Oversee visual quality across all company web products
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members
Requirements
- Impressive portfolio featuring completed web projects (landing pages, websites, web interfaces)
- Previous experience as a team lead or lead designer
- Thorough knowledge of UX/UI principles, typography, and responsive design
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining design systems
- Strong mentoring abilities with a talent for developing team members
- Excellence in communicating ideas and presenting design solutions to diverse audiences
- Flexibility in adapting to changing requirements while maintaining efficient problem-solving
- Strong communication skills with the ability to give and receive feedback constructively
