About the role
- monitor and implement relevant legal and regulatory requirements in the context of the supply chain
- collaborate with suppliers to ensure regulatory compliance
- regularly review and update processes and documentation to address evolving legal frameworks
- develop, implement and monitor sustainability strategies within the supply chain
- proactively enable and develop suppliers on a national and international level with respect to sustainability
- systematically collect and analyze sustainability data
Requirements
- successfully completed degree in pharmaceutical management, medical technology, industrial engineering or a similar field (ideally with a focus or specialization in sustainability)
- at least three years of professional experience in implementing regulatory requirements in the field of sustainable supply chains (e.g., German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG), Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), German CSR-Richtlinie-Umsetzungsgesetz (CSR-RUG), etc.)
- deep understanding of sustainability across the three dimensions: economic, environmental and social
- analytical thinking as well as a structured and goal-oriented way of working
- fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
