About the role
- Lead the design of Reactor Island Sampling Systems
- Liaise closely with the Chemistry team to define and manage system requirements
- Present design maturity and risks to the Design Manager
- Produce full DR3 design documentation pack
- Complete key design decisions and preliminary sizing calculations
- Engage with transversal teams to ensure design considerations are incorporated
- Identify and reduce design uncertainties during concept development
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in a regulated engineering environment
- Strong understanding of process engineering principles
- Experience progressing concept and preliminary system designs
- Experience performing pressure drop and fluid flow calculations
- Ability to manage design interfaces and collaborate across multiple engineering disciplines
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent military experience.
