About the role
- Responsible for analyzing business processes and identifying automation opportunities
- Hands-on implementation experience
- Responsible for configuring and customizing ServiceNow platforms
- Integration of ServiceNow solutions with other systems
- Training customers and users in the use of ServiceNow
- Responsible for coordinating and driving digitalization projects
- Assessing existing operational processes and driving continuous improvement in line with the IT service strategy
Requirements
- Degree in Business Informatics (Wirtschaftsinformatik) or a comparable qualification
- Strong technical knowledge of common web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, React, etc.
- Experience delivering high-quality services with SLA and performance targets
- Experience designing lean and efficient processes
- Focus on usability and the ability to adopt the user's perspective
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
