About the role
- Manage operational tasks in the IT finance area, including budgeting, forecasting and invoice processing
- Prepare and analyze project-related financial reports and KPIs, and coordinate with controlling, procurement and business units
- Plan, steer and monitor complex IT projects in the context of regulatory and technological transformations
- Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops and decision-making bodies, and document their outcomes
- Identify risks early and proactively manage escalations
- Analyze functional requirements and produce decision papers, status reports and functional specifications
- Coordinate work packages across the entire project lifecycle
- Take responsibility for resource, schedule and budget planning, and conduct cost-benefit analyses to support decision-making
Requirements
- Completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Project Management or a comparable qualification
- Experience in IT project management, ideally in cloud or financial environments
- Solid understanding of financial processes and their implementation in IT projects
- Ability to work in a structured manner and document processes clearly
- Proficiency with common PM tools such as MS Project and Jira
- Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with diverse stakeholders
- Fluent in German and English
