• Lead and coordinate customer projects in eastern Germany
• Responsible for timely and high-quality implementation of our projects and system solutions
• Regular reporting to the COO
• On-site customer support and consulting
• Team leadership and development within your area of responsibility
• Act as interface between customers, internal departments, and executive management

Requirements

Degree or comparable qualification in IT or business administration
Several years of experience in project management, ideally in the events industry
Strong leadership and communication skills
Customer-oriented with an affinity for IT
Excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with customers and enthusiasm for customer-focused service
Strong team spirit and social competence
Fluent German and good English skills
High willingness to travel within the eastern German region
