About the role

  • Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts
  • Perform manual and functional testing for web applications, APIs, and databases
  • Execute tests, log defects, and track them through resolution
  • Ensure data integrity and validate system workflows across multiple platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Participate in regression testing, performance validation, and release readiness
  • Provide accurate QA reports and metrics to stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to ensure product quality

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Systems Engineering
  • 5 to 8 years of experience
  • Solid knowledge of web, API, and database testing
  • Strong expertise in creating and executing test cases, test plans, and test scenarios (manual and automated tests)
  • Good knowledge and hands-on experience working with Linux environments
  • Familiar with defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) and test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr, TestLink, etc)
  • Experience with data encryption, key management, and security testing
  • Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks, preferably Playwright
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests
  • Scrum (certifications desirable)
  • Advanced English
