About the role
- Coordination of daily business operations
- (Further) development of your team through training and coaching
- Merchandising – implementation of visual merchandising/presentation guidelines
- Planning of in-store activities
- Efficient and effective staff scheduling and workforce planning
- Financial and commercial analysis of the store
- Active selling and customer engagement
Requirements
- Completed commercial/vocational training
- Relevant experience in fashion/textile retail
- Preferably experience in store management
- Strong affinity for numbers and good commercial/business acumen
- Leadership skills and strong interpersonal competence
- Strong interest in fashion and trends
- Team player with good communication skills
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
