About the role
- You coordinate the daily business operations
- Drive the (further) development of your team through training and coaching
- Merchandising – implement visual presentation and display guidelines
- Plan in-store activities and events
- Ensure efficient and effective staff scheduling
- Monitor and analyze store performance and profitability
- Engage in proactive, hands-on selling
Requirements
- Completed commercial or business-related vocational training
- Relevant experience in textile/apparel retail; experience managing a store is desirable
- Strong numerical aptitude and solid commercial/business acumen
- Leadership qualities and high social competence
- Keen interest in fashion and trends
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
