About the role
- Build and develop the retail structure across the Munich region
- Manage stores based on KPIs
- Joint responsibility for growth and sales together with Store Managers
- Coach Shop Managers and provide structure
- Implement innovative selling strategies to deliver excellent service and foster customer loyalty
