About the role
- Responsible for overall management of the shop
- (Further) development of your team through training and coaching
- Merchandising – implementation of visual presentation guidelines
- Planning of in-store activities
- Efficient and effective staff scheduling
- Commercial/financial analysis of the shop
- Active selling and customer engagement
Requirements
- Completed commercial or retail vocational training
- Relevant experience in textile/apparel retail
- Preferably experience in shop management
- Strong numerical aptitude and commercial/business acumen
- Leadership qualities and high social/interpersonal skills
- Strong interest in fashion and trends
- Team player with good communication skills
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
