About the role
- You coordinate the daily store operations
- Develop and further build your team through training and coaching
- Merchandising – implementation of visual presentation guidelines
- Plan in-store activities
- Efficient and effective staff scheduling
- Commercial performance analysis of the store
- Actively drive sales
Requirements
- Completed commercial/business-related vocational training
- Relevant experience in apparel/textile retail and ideally experience running a store
- Strong numerical skills and good commercial/business acumen
- Leadership skills and high social/interpersonal competence
- Strong interest in fashion and trends
- Team player with good communication skills
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
