About the role
- You coordinate the day-to-day business
- Ongoing development of your team through training and coaching
- Merchandising – implementation of visual merchandising and presentation guidelines
- Planning of in-store activities
- Efficient and effective staff planning and scheduling

Requirements
- Completed commercial/business training or equivalent qualification
- Relevant experience in textile/fashion retail and ideally experience leading a store
- Strong affinity for numbers and solid commercial/business acumen
- Leadership skills and high social/interpersonal competence
- Strong interest in fashion and trends
- Team player with good communication skills
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
