About the role
- Coordinate daily store operations
- (Further) develop your team through training and coaching
- Merchandising – implement presentation guidelines
- Plan in-store activities
- Ensure efficient and effective staffing and scheduling
- Conduct business performance analysis of the store
- Actively engage in sales
Requirements
- Completed commercial/business training or equivalent qualification
- Relevant experience in apparel/fashion retail and preferably experience managing a store
- A flair for numbers and strong commercial/business acumen
- Leadership skills and strong interpersonal competence
- Strong interest in fashion and trends
- Team player with good communication skills
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
