About the role
- Co-responsible for all shop operations
- Create an excellent shopping experience for our customers together with the team
- Coordinate daily business in consultation with your Shop Manager
- Maintain an overview of the store's commercial performance
- Assist and support the Shop Manager
- Inspire and motivate the team
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent vocational training
- Strong affinity for numbers and sound commercial/business acumen
- Strong interest in fashion and a good sense for trends
- A team player with good communication skills
- Familiar with the Microsoft Office suite
