About the role
- You coordinate the daily store operations

- Merchandising – implementing presentation and visual merchandising guidelines
- Planning store activities
- Efficient and effective staff planning and scheduling
- Conducting economic/financial analyses of the store

Requirements
- Completed commercial/vocational training
- Relevant experience in apparel/textile retail
- Preferably experience managing a store
- Strong numeracy and sound commercial/business acumen
- Leadership skills and high social/interpersonal competence
- Strong interest in fashion and trends
- Team player with good communication skills
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
