About the role
- Establish and develop the retail structure in the Baden-Württemberg region
- Manage stores based on KPIs
- Responsible for growth and sales in collaboration with store managers
- Coach store/branch managers
- Ensure customer service and customer loyalty through innovative sales strategies
- Recruit new employees in cooperation with store managers and the recruitment department
- Handle daily operational challenges and implement strategic initiatives in retail
Requirements
- Experience in regional/area management
