About the role
- Jointly responsible for all in-store operations

- Coordinate daily store business in consultation with the Shop Manager
- Monitor overall commercial/financial performance
- Assist and support the Shop Manager
- Inspire and motivate the team
Requirements
- Completed commercial/vocational training or equivalent
- Strong affinity for numbers and sound commercial/business acumen
- Strong interest in fashion and a good sense for trends
- Proven team player with excellent communication skills
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
