About the role
- Share responsibility for all shop operations
- Create an excellent shopping experience for our customers
- Coordinate daily business activities in consultation with the Shop Manager
- Keep an eye on the overall commercial performance
- Assist and support the Shop Manager
- Inspire and motivate the team
Requirements
- Completed commercial/business training (e.g., retail or business management)
- Strong affinity for numbers and sound commercial/business acumen
- Strong interest in fashion and a good sense for trends
- True team player with good communication skills
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
