About the role
- Jointly responsible for all shop operations
- Create a great shopping experience for our customers together with the team
- Coordinate the daily business in consultation with your Shop Manager
- Keep an eye on the overall commercial/financial results at all times
- Assist and support the Shop Manager
- Inspire and motivate the team
Requirements
- Completed commercial or business-related vocational training
- Affinity for numbers and sound commercial/business acumen
- Strong interest in fashion and a good sense for trends
- Team player with good communication skills
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
