Provide support in the implementation, maintenance, and evolution of ServiceNow security and risk solutions;
Provide basic technical support for the implementation and configuration of software or infrastructure solutions;
Manage backlog and roadmap based on data and user feedback;
Analyze data, perform benchmarking, and contribute to product hypothesis testing.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields;
2 years of experience in the role or area;
Backlog management with occasional supervision, including refinement, prioritization, and grooming;
Knowledge of integrations with security tools.
