About the role

  • Manage project lifecycle phases from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, through to closure;
  • Define project scope, assumptions, constraints and risks to plan tasks, resources, team, costs, schedules and quality;
  • Produce documentation required for project monitoring and control;
  • Lead meetings and alignments with stakeholders;
  • Conduct status report meetings with internal teams and the client;
  • Manage all project communications and act as a facilitator among involved parties;
  • Ensure quality of project deliverables to the end client and the operations team;
  • Maintain strong relationships with other company departments and project stakeholders;
  • Follow project management best practices and the company’s corporate methodology.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or graduated in Computer Science, technology-related programs, or Engineering;
  • Knowledge of Agile project management or PMI methodologies;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks;
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite.
