Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and assist in executing Compliance Program priorities and strategies aligned with organizational objectives
Partner with compliance and operational department leaders
Ensure effective and measurable implementation of the enterprise Compliance program meeting State and Federal program requirements
Act as a business consultant and change agent
Mentor and coach Compliance Consultants
Provide guidance and direction for departmental systems and processes
Build analytics and reporting structures for ongoing measurement and monitoring
Interact with all levels of staff and management
Handle multiple initiatives and competing deadlines

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 4 years of experience with compliance program management
Experience with program performance improvement
Adherence to relevant Federal, State, and local healthcare compliance laws & regulations required
Certification in healthcare compliance preferred
Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
