Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and assist in executing Compliance Program priorities and strategies aligned with organizational objectives
  • Partner with compliance and operational department leaders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with compliance program management
  • Experience with program performance improvement
  • Adherence to relevant Federal, State, and local healthcare compliance laws & regulations required
  • Certification in healthcare compliance preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
