About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, implement, and maintain solutions on AltaMed’s technology platforms
Ensure technology solutions align with business strategies and drivers
Improve IT infrastructure, security, applications, and data-integrated technology solutions
Develop strategy and direction for integrating information programs and technologies
Align, design, and coordinate organizational solutions to enhance business processes
Evaluate enterprise technical solutions for vulnerabilities or performance discrepancies
Partner with Business and Information Technology teams to drive standards and best practices
Eliminate redundancies and deliver objectives across product development, business process design, IT/Business operations, and software development lifecycles
Design and oversee AI architecture and machine learning solutions
Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives
Develop and review architecture artifacts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Health / Business Administration or Information Technology, or related Data, Application, Network, Systems, or Security
Master’s Degree in Enterprise Architecture preferred, with emphasis on Information Technology continuing education
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Enterprise Architecture and related disciplines, including AI Architecture
Minimum of 5 years in the Healthcare ecosystem performing solution architecture functions and roles
Active preferred, or past industry standard, applicable technical certifications
