About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- co-support the implementation of the strategy, programs, and processes to increase the organization’s human capacity through assessment, performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, leadership and management development of employees, and evaluation of program results.
- support the performance management process and assess, develop, and implement new processes and offerings to improve management skills and career development for managers and leaders.
- integrate organizational people priorities and enterprise-wide management and leadership development expectations into training and development offerings and engagement opportunities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s required; Master’s degree preferred (e.g., M.S., M.A., M.B.A.) in Business, Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years in progressive organizational development, leadership development, or equivalent field required.
- OD background and change management capability at the individual, team, and organization levels.
- Proven track record of working with HR and business leaders to develop and deploy enterprise-wide strategies, programs, and processes.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience with cultural competency and diversity / equity-related implementation projects.
