About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for guiding financial strategies to maximize AltaMed's performance and value.
Lead the development and execution of the annual budget, financial planning and forecast models, operating results analyses.
Develop strategies to improve financial performance.
Oversee the Business Operations Finance team, which supports AltaMed’s lines of business (LOBs).
Implement reporting, budgeting, and forecasting solutions that enable integrated managed care financial monitoring.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
An MBA is highly desirable.
Minimum of 10 years of finance and accounting experience required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience building, developing, and leading a high-performing finance team in a high-growth organization required.
Experience leading an enterprise-wide budgeting process in a highly complex environment is required.
Experience in a FQHC, Managed Care, or IPA/risk-bearing entity preferred.
Experience managing and/or developing enterprise planning solutions preferred; experience with Workday and Adaptive Planning preferred.
