About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The RN Manager is responsible for the administrative and business oversight of nursing patient care services at the assigned clinic or the Patient Service Center.
  • Works collaboratively with Site Medical Director, Clinic Director, and Administrative leadership team to achieve clinic quality, patient satisfaction, and financial goals.
  • Manages operations and services that add value and are integrated with nursing standards of practice, service priorities, and performance/outcome measures.
  • Responsible for planning, development, implementation, evaluation, and improvement of clinical care services/programs, including budgets and quality measures.
  • Develops and implements quality, cost-effective, efficient, standardized patient care practices and ensures back-office staff are up to date on clinic objectives.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required, in lieu of a degree, 4 or more years of leadership experience
  • Master’s degree in health services, business administration, or management preferred
  • A current, valid license as a registered nurse through the California Board of Registered Nursing is required
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience preferred in an outpatient or inpatient setting; ambulatory care setting preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Experience with audits and healthcare inspections preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish/Cantonese preferred
  • Prior experience with an Electronic Health/Medical (EHR/EMR) system is required
  • A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.
