About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

The RN Manager is responsible for the administrative and business oversight of nursing patient care services at the assigned clinic or the Patient Service Center.
Works collaboratively with Site Medical Director, Clinic Director, and Administrative leadership team to achieve clinic quality, patient satisfaction, and financial goals.
Manages operations and services that add value and are integrated with nursing standards of practice, service priorities, and performance/outcome measures.
Responsible for planning, development, implementation, evaluation, and improvement of clinical care services/programs, including budgets and quality measures.
Develops and implements quality, cost-effective, efficient, standardized patient care practices and ensures back-office staff are up to date on clinic objectives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required, in lieu of a degree, 4 or more years of leadership experience
Master’s degree in health services, business administration, or management preferred
A current, valid license as a registered nurse through the California Board of Registered Nursing is required
Minimum of 3 years’ experience preferred in an outpatient or inpatient setting; ambulatory care setting preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role
Experience with audits and healthcare inspections preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish/Cantonese preferred
Prior experience with an Electronic Health/Medical (EHR/EMR) system is required
A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.
