About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist the VP, FP&A, and Business Support in guiding financial strategies to maximize AltaMed's performance and value.
Help drive the development and execution of the annual budget, financial planning and forecast models, and operating results analyses.
Assist with strategies to improve financial performance.
Support AltaMed’s value-based care transformation by implementing reporting, budgeting, and forecasting solutions for integrated managed care financial monitoring.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline with a minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare or managed care finance is required; alternatively, a high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
Experience in an FQHC, Managed Care, or IPA/risk-bearing entity preferred.
Experience with Workday and Adaptive Planning preferred.
