Identify and secure new business opportunities with game studios and publishers.
Craft tailored proposals and presentations aligned with each prospect’s needs and market context.
Lead pricing discussions and negotiate contract terms.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Project Management, QA, Audio, Marketing) to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
Representing Altagram at industry events such as GDC, XDS, Gamescom, and MIGS; help coordinate client meetings and travel as needed.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in game localization B2B sales, business development, or client partnerships.
Strong understanding of the gaming localization industry and an existing professional network is a big plus.
Proven track record managing sales pipelines, using CRM tools, and meeting sales targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A genuine passion for games and an interest in the business side of game development.
