Customer Experience Representative – Contractor
ALTCustomer Experience Representative responsible for engaging with collectors and resolving inquiries on Alt’s platform. Collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience and support services.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engage with collectors through chat, email, and phone support
- Handle complex account questions and resolve issues with empathy and care
- Document interactions and escalate issues as necessary for quick resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service quality
- Gather customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Alt Expertise: Familiarity with Alt's platform, preferably an active user
- Industry Knowledge: Active collector in the sports and collectibles industry
- Experience: 1-2+ years of professional experience
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in customer service software and ticketing systems, experience in Intercom preferred, familiarity with tools such as Retool, Slack, and Notion a plus
- Empathy: Passion for helping others and understanding customer experience importance
- Adaptability: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
