About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Engage with collectors through chat, email, and phone support
  • Handle complex account questions and resolve issues with empathy and care
  • Document interactions and escalate issues as necessary for quick resolution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service quality
  • Gather customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Alt Expertise: Familiarity with Alt's platform, preferably an active user
  • Industry Knowledge: Active collector in the sports and collectibles industry
  • Experience: 1-2+ years of professional experience
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in customer service software and ticketing systems, experience in Intercom preferred, familiarity with tools such as Retool, Slack, and Notion a plus
  • Empathy: Passion for helping others and understanding customer experience importance
  • Adaptability: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
