Evaluate financial exposure and implement the necessary internal controls to scale to 100+ employees.
Partner with our CEO and department heads to evaluate the ROI of new auction categories and marketplace initiatives.
Develop capital allocation frameworks to ensure every dollar spent maximizes marketplace GMV and long-term valuation.

Requirements

6+ years in Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, or FP&A, specifically within high-growth fintech or marketplace environments.
Expert-level skills in 3-statement integrated modeling (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) to build automated "Source of Truth" dashboards.
Ability to distill complex financial concepts into actionable insights for non-finance executives.
A "builder" mentality—you are comfortable doing the manual work in Q1 to build the automated systems needed for Q2 and beyond.
