About the role
- Support monitoring of the customer experience and identify areas for improvement;
- Collect, organize, and analyze feedback and satisfaction metrics (NPS, CSAT, CES);
- Assist in implementing initiatives to optimize the customer journey;
- Provide support in preparing reports and strategic presentations;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
Requirements
- Degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
- Experience in customer service or related areas (a plus)
- Familiarity with satisfaction metrics and CRM/BI tools (desirable)
- Good communication skills, organization, and attention to detail.
