About the role

  • Support monitoring of the customer experience and identify areas for improvement;
  • Collect, organize, and analyze feedback and satisfaction metrics (NPS, CSAT, CES);
  • Assist in implementing initiatives to optimize the customer journey;
  • Provide support in preparing reports and strategic presentations;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.

Requirements

  • Degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
  • Experience in customer service or related areas (a plus)
  • Familiarity with satisfaction metrics and CRM/BI tools (desirable)
  • Good communication skills, organization, and attention to detail.
