- Support monitoring the customer experience and identifying improvements

Requirements
- Degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
- Experience in customer service or related areas (preferred)
- Familiarity with satisfaction metrics and CRM/BI tools (desirable)
- Good communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
