About the role
- Support monitoring the customer experience and identifying improvements;
- Collect, organize and analyze feedback and satisfaction metrics (NPS, CSAT, CES);
- Assist in implementing initiatives to optimize the customer journey;
- Support the preparation of reports and strategic presentations;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
Requirements
- Degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields;
- Experience in customer service or related areas (a plus);
- Familiarity with satisfaction metrics and CRM/BI tools (desirable);
- Good communication, organizational skills and attention to detail.
