About the role

  • Support monitoring the customer experience and identifying improvements;
  • Collect, organize and analyze feedback and satisfaction metrics (NPS, CSAT, CES);
  • Assist in implementing initiatives to optimize the customer journey;
  • Support the preparation of reports and strategic presentations;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.

Requirements

  • Degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields;
  • Experience in customer service or related areas (a plus);
  • Familiarity with satisfaction metrics and CRM/BI tools (desirable);
  • Good communication, organizational skills and attention to detail.
