About the role
- Perform review of all contract document provisions
- Assist in review of design documents for compliance to specifications and contract
- Assist Project Manager and/or Superintendent with project proposal review
- Assist Estimating/Preconstruction with preparing Invitations to Bid and soliciting trade proposals
- Assist Superintendent with job site start-up and accurate daily reports
- Assist Project Manager with issuing monthly payment applications and project close-out
- Comply with all safety policies and support the company’s safety culture
Requirements
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field with appropriate experience managing construction projects for a general contractor from conception to completion
- An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
- Design-build experience on relevant project types
- Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record
