About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform extractions using various EPA methods and general tasks within ALS Middletown’s PFAS laboratory
  • Prepare samples for analysis using various EPA Methods in accordance with ALS standard operating procedures
  • Prepare reagents for use in sample preparation process
  • Responsible to safely and properly wash scientific glassware
  • Recognize and maintain safe working conditions
  • Use appropriate safety equipment
  • Perform recordkeeping as required to ensure adequate documentation and traceability
  • Maintain a clean, orderly work environment
  • Will load LCMS equipment for analysis
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Ability to work off shift.
