About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conducts end-to-end quantitative and qualitative studies (briefing, methodology, fieldwork, questionnaire design, data preparation and processing, etc.);
  • Interprets information with a focus on generating actionable insights, connecting data to consumer behavior and market trends;
  • Works with moderate supervision, makes methodological decisions confidently, and suggests strategic approaches;
  • Prepares complex reports and presents results with solid justification, clarity, and a focus on business impact, adapting language to the audience (e.g., marketing, product, executive leadership);
  • Collaborates with different internal teams or clients, understanding their needs and adjusting deliverables to maximize value;
  • Looks beyond the data to propose hypotheses, strategic directions, and business opportunities based on consumer behavior;

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Social Sciences, Communication, or related fields;
  • Intermediate English;
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Experience in qualitative and quantitative research;
  • Ability to meet deadlines;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Proactive attitude;
  • Experience in market research, including product testing with consumers (food products, non-food products, cosmetics, etc.).
