About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the preparation, consolidation and monitoring of the annual budget, ensuring alignment with the company's strategies and targets.
  • Prepare and monitor periodic forecasts, analyze variances and trends, and propose corrective actions in collaboration with business areas.
  • Control and reconcile intercompany transactions, ensuring correct accounting and elimination of balances and transactions between group entities.
  • Develop financial and management analyses to support leadership decision-making.
  • Prepare executive presentations and management reports with financial performance indicators.
  • Support the monthly close process, ensuring the consistency of financial and management information.
  • Develop and enhance dashboards and analytical models for performance tracking.
  • Drive continuous improvement of processes, internal controls and financial governance.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the quality and timeliness of information used in financial planning processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
  • Solid experience in Controllership, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or related areas.
  • Proven experience in preparing and monitoring Budget and Forecast.
  • Consistent experience in controlling and reconciling intercompany operations.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial analysis, performance indicators and budget management.
  • Experience with medium to large-scale ERP systems.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, Power Query and automation.
  • Advanced Power BI skills for building dashboards, data modeling and creating management KPIs.
  • Strong analytical skills, business acumen and the ability to interact with different departments and hierarchical levels.
  • Differentials: Experience in corporate groups with multiple companies or business units. Knowledge of financial consolidation processes. Experience in automation and digital transformation projects in finance. Knowledge of SQL or other data analysis tools.
